  • The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program is an 8 week evidence-based, experiential program based on the emerging field of mind-body medicine.

    It was developed in 1979 by Jon Kabat-Zinn Ph.D., a molecular biologist, renowned author and mindfulness teacher at the internationally acclaimed Center For Mindfulness (CFM) University of Massachusetts Medical School.
