Is a unique 4-session online program designed to seamlessly integrate mindfulness meditation and gentle movement practices. This program is crafted to help you cultivate calm, improve focus, and reconnect with your body in a supportive and accessible way

Let’s embark on this 4-week Mindful Flow journey together, where we’ll reconnect with your body and mind through the gentle power of mindfulness and movement.
My approach is trauma-informed, grounded in body awareness, mindfulness, compassion, and unconditional acceptance. It draws on decades of experience in physiotherapy, combined with my deep practice and teaching of meditation.

No prior experience is necessary.

The exercise portion of the session includes gentle and slow movements allowing connection and awareness to your body in a supportive way. They can be done on the floor or chair.

The sessions will be recorded and you will have access to them, so that you don’t have to worry about missing a session.
Duration:
4 weeks (1 session per week), each session is one hour in length
Platform: Zoom
Materials: Comfortable clothing, yoga mat or chair, and optional props like cushions, blocks, pillows and blanket.
